Billie is the main protagonist of a anime OVA series called "HUMANPATH". She's an ordinary girl who suffered from serious trauma due to being affected by a disastrous event that happened in a colony in one of Jupiter's terraformed moons called Ganymede. A massive meteoroid has collided into an entire colonized civilization that is now forever a ghost town, infested by a horde of slimy oozing humanoid monsters. Billie doesn't have powers but surely enough she has super human strength as she spends her time practicing martial arts & gymnastics. She is very intelligent & is well skilled with engineering & technology; making it as one of her biggest favorite hobbies when building power-generated vehicles.
