Don't know if i will compile this all into a TTS program as well because Carr's voice is already tts. you can find it at https://ttsfree.com/ the voice is "Michelle" but there sounds to be some sort of post effects there and i dont know whats up with that. Given with the effects anybody can make carr say anything i wont be including customs. go track that down on your own time. this is all of the quotes in the game
