Officer Williams is a Bullworth police officer. He is voiced by Chad Coleman.

Character Description:
Officer Williams is an African-American police officer. He wears the standard police uniform with his cap pulled down almost completely to cover his brown eyes. He also sports a thin, black goatee. His cap badge reads "Road Patrol," which explains his vehicle patrols.

Features:
Officer Williams has a firm but fair attitude toward law enforcement. He seems to care about minors and, when arresting them, reminds them of the long-term consequences of crime when they break the law. However, he is also corrupt and negotiates with Mihailovich. Due to their opposing stances toward minors, Officer Williams may be a rival of Officer Monson. He was a star athlete in school and loves watching suspects escape.

Officer Williams may be related to Greaser Norton Williams, due to their shared last name and skin color. He often patrols in a police van and often leaves Jimmy outside the school if he is arrested for truancy or violating curfew.

Officer Williams is seen accepting a bribe from Mihailovich during an errand. He also appears patrolling Hattrick Mansion in The Glass House and the Wonder Meat Factory in Complete Mayhem with the other officers.
