Animal House (1978)

Animal House (1978)

Animal House is a cult classic comedy film released in 1978, directed by John Landis. Set in 1962, it revolves around the misadventures of a rowdy fraternity, Delta Tau Chi, at Faber College. The film stars John Belushi as the wild and outrageous John "Bluto" Blutarsky, along with Tim Matheson, Peter Riegert, and Tom Hulce as his fellow fraternity brothers. The cast also includes Karen Allen, Stephen Furst, and Kevin Bacon in memorable supporting roles.

Animal House became an instant hit, known for its irreverent humor and iconic moments like the toga party and the food fight. The film’s success led to it becoming a beacon of the "college comedy" genre, and its influences can still be seen in many films today.

If you're a fan of Animal House, you can relive the laughter and download the sounds from the film right here. Whether it's Bluto screaming "Toga! Toga!" or the raucous party atmosphere, these sounds will bring the spirit of the film right into your own home.

A double rock and rye and seven Carlings.
A fine example you set.
A new low. I'm so ashamed.
A really futile and stupid gesture...
A vicious mother, isn't he?
Absolutely. You know what we gotta do?
Ah, don't listen to that jack off. Look at those gazongas.
Ah, she broke our date. Washing her hair.
Ah!
All courses incomplete.
All eligible for military service.
All is well!
All right, you bastard, let's go. Right here.
Always try to hit through the ball.
And after established drinking hours.
And another thing.
And besides, I lied to you too.
And could you get three dates for my friends?
And don't be shy about helping yourselves to punch and cookies.
And I'm sure a lot of you have difficulty understanding...
And I'm sure you'll be happy to know...
And if the whole fraternity system is guilty...
And kick those punks off campus.
And one, two, three, four.
And one, two, three, four.
And one, two, three, four.
And one, two, three, four.
And one, two...
And pour grain alcohol all over your head.
And some of the other Hitler youth.
And Stork here. Everybody thought the Stork was brain damaged.
And that foot is me.
And that's Carl Phillips, editor ofThe Daily Faberian...
And this fraternity of yours has had it...
And this morning it was gone.
And told them that you are now all...
And tomorrow night, you're gonna wrap yourself up in a bed sheet...
And what about that horse? Is there anything in the world...
And without that pledge pin!
And you are cordially invited.
And, most recently,
And, uh, Clayton,
And, uh, over there is Terry Auerback, captain of the swim team...
Anything?
Are you and Gregg doin' the dirty deed or not?
Are you sure, Babs? Why would Mandy want to see me?
As soon as you can get there.
Assume the position.
At Faber.
Attention! Eyes front!
Aw, Trooper, baby. Baby, Trooper.
Aw, you've got your lunch. Well, how 'bout milk then?
Babs, I want you to do something for me.
Bad mouth the United States of America.
Be careful! That's gonna cost hundreds of dollars to fix.
Be done on somebody's part.
Because a boyjust came in to pick up Fawn, that's why.
Because you clowns have been on double secret probation...
Besides, I have to go to the goddamn Senior Honors dinner tonight.
Besides, you might get lucky without it.
Beverly. No, but you're getting warmer.
Blow job! [Clears Throat, Coughs]
Bluto! Hey! Hey, I think you know everybody here.
Bluto's right.
Boon, I anticipate a deeply religious experience.
Boon, I don't know what to say.
Boon, I was gonna call you... [Man] Where are they, Katy?
Boon, we're the only white people here.
Boon, what's this chick's name again?
Brother D Day! Brother Bluto!
Busy tonight?
But a lot of outstanding guys...
But do you think you could see your way clear...
But I hate to seem... you know, pushy.
But I love you, Gregg. That's why I had to tell you.
But that could take years and cost millions of lives.
But we're not going to sit here and listen to you...
But we're willing to trade looks for a certain kind of... morally casual attitude.
But you can't hold a whole fraternity responsible...
But you can't take the car, Otter. Fred wrote the mileage down.
But you parked it out back last night...
But you're gonna let it be the worst.
But, Otter, don't you understand? He wants it back. Where'd you go?
By breaking the rules.
By serving alcohol to freshmen during pledge week...
By the way, my name is Eric Stratton. They call me Otter.
Bye.
Can't tonight. Busy.
Carmine, I don't think it's right that you extort money from the college.
Certainly we know that he was trying...
Christ!
Christ. Otter, this is ridiculous.
Come back and fight!
Come here, baby. Come here. Yeah, baby, yeah. Come here.
Come on, Flounder.
Come on, Mandy, honey. You know I'd tell you.
Come on.
Come outta there, you bastards!
Company, halt!
Could be like one tiny atom...
Could be one little tiny universe.
Could you come down here? Now!
Cut the cake.
Cut the crap. Give me a drink.
D Day takes care of the wreck. We report it to the police.
Dad, this is Larry Kroger, the boy who molested me last month.
Dangerous narcotic diet pills to its members during...
Daniel Simpson Day... has no grade point average.
Dead mother.
Dean Vernon Wormer.
Delta has achieved a deficient aggregate grade point average.
Did she put you up to this? Oh, that minx.
Did you get the grade reports on the Deltas yet?
Did you say over?
Did your mother buy that for you? Yeah.
Do hereby pledge allegiance to the frat.
Do hereby pledge allegiance to the frat.
Do I have to leave?
Do you mind if we dance with your dates?
Do you understand?
Do your duty.
Don't be a fruit, okay?
Don't get mad. Get even.
Don't sweat it, sweetie. I won't tell.
Don't worry, Carmine. I've got those boys just where I want 'em.
Don't worry. I'll put in a good word for you.
Dorfman, for God's sake, what kind of man hits a defenseless animal?
Dorfman, I've given this a lot of thought.
Double secret probation, sir?
Double secret probation? And that means...
Doubtful. Maybe?
Down to her underwear. I had a boner. I know I did.
Downstairs, pissed off about something.
Dress that line, mister.
Dress that line, soldier.
Dress that line.
During midterm examination week.
Evening.
Every Halloween, the trees are filled with underwear.
Every one?
Every spring, the toilets explode.
Exactly what I'm about to tell you now.
Exactly what Milton was trying to say.
Excuse me, please. Would you hold this?
Excuse me. Can I help you?
Excuse me. Excuse me, please. Pardon me. Excuse me, please.
Excuse me. Excuse me. Okay, kid, off that mailbox.
Excuse me. My kid can't see.
Expelled. I want you off this campus at 9:00 Monday morning.
Faber! Faber!
Face it, Kent. You threw up on Dean Wormer.
Faithfully submitted, Douglas C. Neidermeyer...
Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son.
Fawn Liebowitz, and she was from Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Fawn Liebowitz?
Fawn's dead.
Figure they'll pledge Omega or they won't pledge at all.
First, that the Delta House did knowingly violate the rules...
Flounder, I am appointing you...
Flounder?
Flounder's bringin'his girlfriend up for the weekend.
Food fight!
Food King, Food King, Food King!
For Christ's sake, Carmine! How the hell could it be my fault?
For if you do...
For shame! Lawrence, I'm surprised at you.
For the behavior of a few sick, perverted individuals.
From his brother. Yeah?
From now on, your Delta Tau Chi name is Weasel.
From now on, your name is Flounder.
From your responsibility for this material.
Fuck her. Fuck her brains out.
Gee, I'm almost sorry I missed it. What'd you do? Human sacrifice?
Gee, Otter. Thanks!
Gee, you're dumb.
Get back in rank! Attention!
Get in. You can't... No!
Get it over with, Kent.
Get me some more punch.
Get up, you faggots! Get up and charge!
Give me that.
Go! Go! Go! Go! Go!
Goddamn son of a bitch!
Going up to empty my parents' liquor cabinet.
Good night, Gregg. Good night, Mandy.
Good night. [All] Good night.
Good, good, good. Mmm.
Good.
Good.
Good. [Continues Chuckling]
Good. Larry Kroger is now pledged to Delta Tau Chi. Next slide, D Day.
Governing pledge recruitment...
Grab a brew. Don't cost nothin'.
Great. I heard Delta's the worst house on campus.
Gregg doesn't believe in premarital intercourse.
Gregg,
Gregg, can't you...
Gregg, honey? Huh?
Gregg, I hate to see her make such a chump outta you.
Gregg, is anything happening yet? My arm's kind of tired.
Gregg, look at my thumb.
Ha ha! That's it.
Ha! Let's go. Food King, Food King!
Half the houses on campus didn't make grades last year.
Has me a little distracted.
He disappeared the minute we got here.
He said legacies usually get asked to pledge automatically.
He wants it back by Sunday!
He wants it back by Sunday. Please don't take the car!
He was in the infantry, and he was an officer, of course.
He's a little bit long winded.
He's lettin' him use it for a week. Uh huh.
He's probably upstairs talking to Otter.
He's right. You're right. We gotta do something.
He's the only professor I like. I know.
Hello. Shelly? This is Brunella at the desk.
Her roommate is. Fawn isn't here. She...
Her... Well, actually...
Here. Let me take your coat.
Hey, hey! Stop blubberin'.
Hey, I could get in trouble. That's right.
Hey, make the best of it. Maybe we can help you.
Hey, Neidermeyer!
Hey, wait a minute. That's not a star. Oh.
Hey, wait a minute. That's not a star. Oh.
Hey, why don't we go out tonight?
Hey! Cut it out. What'd I say?
Hey! What's this lyin' around shit?
Hey. Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. Damn glad to meet you.
Hey. It's gotta work better than the truth.
Hi there, fellas. Like you to meet Ken and Lonnie.
Hi there, Kent. Hi, Larry.
Hi there. Doug Neidermeyer, Omega membership chairman.
Hi there. Doug Neidermeyer.
Hi, guys. ? That's what I want ?
Hi, Katy.
Hi, Larry. I'm Robert Hoover, chapter president.
Hi, Robert. Katy, have you seen Boon?
Hi. Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. Damn glad to meet you.
Hi. Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. Damn glad to meet you.
Hi. I'm Frank Lymon from Amherst, Fawn's fiance.
Hi. I'm Shelly Dubinsky, Fawn's roommate.
Hi. My name is Kent Dorfman.
Hi. That was Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. He was damn glad to meet you.
Hi. You want a beer... Larry?
Hit it!
Hmm? You'll say what?
Holy shit!
Holy shit! There were blanks in that gun!
Home, Donald. We just got here.
Honestly, Boon, you're 21 years old. Six months, you're gonna graduate...
Hooked it. Shit.
Hoover says they won't even let us enter a float in the parade.
Hoover.
How does it feel to be an asshole, Neidermeyer?
How does it feel to be an independent, Schoenstein?
How long you been workin' on it?
Huh! That makes sense.
Huh? Do you wanna dance?
I asked you never to speak to me again. Now will you go away?
I can't believe I threw up in front of Dean Wormer.
I do hope we're not interruptin' anything, Mandy, honey.
I don't know how to tell you...
I don't know, but I got a pretty good goddamn idea which one.
I don't know, Lar. I don't think you're trying very hard.
I don't know. They're just animals, I guess.
I don't think the Deltas will be giving us any more trouble.
I don't want no drunken riots in my town.
I got news for ya, pal. They're gonna nail us no matter what we do.
I gotta work on my game.
I guess so. You guess so?
I had to wait until my folks went out.
I hate this. Look, no sweat.
I hate those guys.
I hope I score. Oh, boy! Oh, boy!
I just bet it was that Eric Stratton.
I just talked to her last week.
I knew it. I knew it. I knew it. I knew it.
I know it's a little below par... It's more than a little below par,
I know what you must be going through.
I know. She told me.
I lied to you. I've never done this before.
I missed you.
I need you so much.
I never shot anything before in my life!
I put it to you, Gregg.
I really felt sorry for him. I don't understand...
I said, uh, what a shame...
I sort of did once, but I was... That's okay, Larry.
I think it's locked or something.
I think this situation absolutely requires...
I think we have to go all out.
I think we've heard enough, Mr. Chairman.
I think you'd be glad later if you weren't here now.
I thought you hated Neidermeyer's guts. I do.
I thought you were premed. What's the difference?
I want these quarters standing tall by 0900 tomorrow.
I want you to tell Mr. Stratton and Mr. Schoenstein...
I wonder where Otter is.
I, myself, was so obnoxious,
I'd like to address these charges one at a time, if I may.
I'd like you to meet my friends, Mandy Pepperidge... Hello.
I'll bet that Eric Stratton's lucky he's not in jail.
I'll get my coat.
I'll have your legs broken.
I'll join you in a minute. ? Here to have a lot of fun ?
I'll kill you, you scumbag, jerk off assholes!
I'll pick you up at...
I'll say what?
I'll say. What?
I'll see that 10. ? That's what I want ?
I'll swear you were doing a great job taking care of his car...
I'll write you a note. I'll say you're too well to attend.
I'm a zit. Get it?
I'm calling your national office.
I'm going to revoke your charter!
I'm Gregg Marmalard, president of Omega House.
I'm here, Frank. I'm here.
I'm Larry. Remember me? I took you to the party?
I'm old enough to be your mother.
I'm proud of you, Lawrence.
I'm sayin' that Mandy and Eric Stratton are havin' an affair.
I'm sorry, Mandy. It's just that thing with the Deltas.
I'm sorry, Mandy. It's just that thing with the Deltas.
I'm trying to figure out... Darn it, Gregg.
I'm waiting for reports from some of you.
I've done a lot you don't know about. Yeah?
I've got a good mind to smash your fat face.
I've never seen anything like this. I'll see you later.
If you lay one finger on that poor, sweet, helpless girl...
If you want the homecoming parade in my town, you have to pay.
If you're not even gonna try, I'm just gonna stop.
In fraternities on probation.
In the fingernail of some other giant being.
In time of campus emergency.
Is he bigger than me?
Is it all right if he stands in front of you?
Is it supposed to be this soft?
Is not whether we broke a few rules...
Is that a clip on, by any chance? Hey, Boon, come over and check this out.
Is this any way to treat an intimate friend?
Is this right?
Isn't this an indictment of our entire American society?
It gives me great pleasure...
It stinks!
It's a Delta pin, sir.
It's a fraternity party. I'm in the fraternity. How can I miss it?
It's a piece of shit.
It's a pledge pin, sir. A pledge pin?
It's a star. Look. ? Ooh ooh, ooh ooh ooh ??
It's a toga party.
It's all right. You stupid son of a...
It's cute, but I think I'll pass this time.
It's dented.
It's just a prank. I'm pledging a fraternity.
It's moving too fast. Probably a 707.
It's Mr. Thoughtful with a dozen roses for you.
It's not gonna be an orgy.
It's the lowest on campus. It's the lowest in Faber history!
It's too depressing to think about.
It's very important. He'll get very mad at me.
Jesus Christ! What happened? You look grotesque.
Jesus! What's goin' on?
Just a minute.
Just a minute.
Just blanks, right? Right.
Just leave everything to me. [Chuckles]
Just settle down. This is Kent Dorfman. He's a legacy from Harrisburg.
Just tell me, mister. What fraternity would pledge a...
Just try not to drool quite so much on the end of it.
Katy, Katy, Katy, Katy. Where you goin'?
Katy!
Katy.
Ken, Lonnie, I'd like you to meet... Larry.
Kent here's a legacy, Otter. His brother was a '59. Fred Dorfman?
Kent, come on over here. I like the tie. Great tie, don't you think?
Kent's really a lucky guy.
Kroger, your Delta Tau Chi name is Pinto.
Ladies and gentlemen, I'll be brief.
Larry.
Leaving. What a good idea.
Let me buy you some lunch.
Let me give you another hint. Does this ring a bell?
Let the unacceptable candidates worry about that, because after tonight they're...
Let's go! [Boon Yelling, Laughing]
Let's go.
Let's just think back to when you guys were freshmen, huh? Boon!
Let's make a wish. [Gregg Laughs]
Let's stop this now. Charge!
Let's take the cheese.
Listen, I'm not joking. This is my job.
Listen, you two talk while I get some punch for us, okay?
Look, is it okay if we go for a walk or something?
Look, you guys. Don't embarrass me in front of Dave, okay?
Look. As the mayor of Faber, I've got big responsibilities.
Looks like I missed something.
Looks like somebody forgot there's a rule against alcoholic beverages...
Man like you?
Mandy. Hi. Oh. Right there.
Marlene! Don't tell me you're gonna pork Marlene Desmond.
May I have 10,000 marbles, please?
Maybe he had a heart attack. Holy shit!
Maybe I should go outside and look for him.
Meantime, your ass belongs to me.
Might as well join the fuckin' Peace Corps.
Mine's bigger than that.
Mister, hold my mount.
Mmm mmm. Yeah.
Mmm, yeah, cutie pie. Come on.
Mmm, yeah. [Kissing]
Mohamet, uh, Jugdish, Sidney and Clayton.
Move to your left a little.
Mr. Blu...
Mr. Blutarsky.
Mr. Hoover, president of Delta House.
Mr. Hoover.
Mr. Jennings is a wonderful teacher. Mmm.
Mr. Marshal, the streets of Faber are yours.
Mr. President, do we have to listen to any more of this?
Mrs. Milton found him boring too.
Must be in the kitchen.
Must've been some party. Unbelievable!
My advice to you is to start drinking heavily.
My brother Fred was a Delta. That makes me a legacy.
My fault?
My mother's gonna kill me.
My name's Marion. They call me Mrs. Wormer.
My three Oldsmobiles.
Neidermeyer. You hate his guts, right?
Nice horsey. Good. Come on. Let's go. Let's go!
Nice to meet you. Nice tie.
No doubt. They're well known homosexuals.
No kidding. They almost pumped my stomach.
No more Delta!
No more fun of any kind!
No, Boon, you just got here. I've been downstairs for an hour...
No, don't worry. Just keep your hands and feet away from his mouth.
No, no, no. Don't think of it as work.
No, not tonight. Okay?
No, really. Anything.
No! After I graduate, I'm gonna get drunk every night.
No.
No.
No. [Chuckles]
No. Just gonna be you and me... and Otter and another girl.
No. Let me give you a hint. She's got a couple of major league yabos.
No. No, I mean, I've never done what I think we're gonna do.
No. No, in this case...
Not me! I'm not gonna take this!
Nothing for me today, thanks.
Nothing is over until we decide it is!
Now drop and give me 20!
Now just grab a seat, and make yourselves at home,
Now look. Stick by me, and keep your sweater closed.
Now was Milton trying to tell us...
Now you've had it! Officers, officers, please!
Of course I'm talking about Delta, you twerp!
Of existence to its members and to the community at large.
Of our educational institutions in general?
OfJohn Milton's Paradise Lost?
Oh, 90% rayon. Very nice.
Oh, Boon. I think I'm in love with a retard.
Oh, boy, is this great!
Oh, boy, is this great!
Oh, fabulous. My car, filled with your beer buddies...
Oh, God, look what just creeped in.
Oh, I'm terribly, terribly sorry, Frank.
Oh, if there's anything I can do.
Oh, Larry! Good. I see you've met D Day.
Oh, my God, Boon! Please be careful!
Oh, my God!
Oh, my God!
Oh, my God! It's dented! It's dented!
Oh, we have a Dean Wormer at Faber.
Oh, we're afraid to go with you, Bluto. We might get in trouble.
Oh, well, maybe some other time.
Oh, yeah? What about? I'm only 13.
Oh, yes. Uh, I have it right here.
Oh, you mean you want somebody he can screw on the first date.
Oh, you're so nice. I really shouldn't impose on you.
Oh!
Oh.
Oh.
Oh.
Oh. [Chuckling]
Oh... Almost.
Okay, okay. Now I'm really mad!
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay. The most intriguing character, as we all know from our reading, was...
On your uniform?
One more... I'm going to kick you out of this college.
One of those goddamn fraternities, I guess.
One point six. Four C's and an F.
One tiny atom in my fingernail could be...
One, two, three, four, five.
Only we can do that to our pledges.
Or took a few liberties with our female party guests.
Otter, don't flatter yourself. It wasn't that great.
Otter, please don't do this.
Otter, please.
Otter, you are the rush chairman. You should be present at the rush party.
Pardon me. Excuse me. Excuse me. Pardon me.
People are sensuous.
Please take your seats.
Pledge representative to the social committee.
Point of parliamentary procedure. Don't screw around.
Point of parliamentary procedure. Don't screw around.
Probably as boring as you find Milton.
Put a sock on it, boy, or you'll be out of here like shit through a goose.
Put Neidermeyer on it. He's a sneaky little shit, just like you, right?
Rah, rah! Hey, look!
Ramming speed!
Redo those buttons. Dress that belt buckle.
Relax, Gregg, honey.
Remain calm. All is well.
Remain... [Gasps]
Right. Sensual. That's what I meant.
Say, those guys are comin' pretty fast.
Second, that for the fifth consecutive semester,
See if you can guess what I am now.
Sergeant at arms?
Sergeant at arms.
Seven years of college down the drain.
She did? Oh.
She thinks you're an immature jerk, huh?
She was gonna make a pot for me.
She was supposed to come over to help make teeth.
She'll take this seriously. Try it.
Shit!
Sidney, Jugless, Mohamet, Lonnie...
Since the beginning of this semester.
Sissy? Sis, this is the guy I was tellin' you about. Hi.
Slice.
So don't feel you have to meet everybody.
So how come you show up now? I didn't expect to see you.
So I'm just gonna tell you.
So if you're not busy, you wanna go to a fraternity party?
So profound and disgusting...
So some of you boys are gonna have to share.
So that means that our whole solar system...
So, be cool.
So, if you mention extortion again...
So, what are you majoring in? What?
Something that never looks bad on your permanent record, Chip.
Sophomore dies in kiln explosion.
Speakin'ofboyfriends, Mandy, how was your date with Gregg?
Stand up and fight, for Christ's sake!
Starlight, star bright...
Straighten that cap. And goddamn it, tuck up those pajamas.
Suck her tits. Squeeze her buns.
Sure don't, Gregg. She said she was just gonna wash her hair.
Sure.
Sure. ? Money don't get everything it's true ?
Sure. [Urine Splattering]
Take it easy. I'm in pre law, man.
Take off that beanie.
Teddy!
Than most of the other fraternities on campus, and they're far superior.
Thank you, God.
Thank you, Mr. Mayor. [Microphone Feedback Screeching]
Thank you, sir! May I have another?
Thank you, sir. May I have another?
Thanks. Got a lot of catchin' up to do.
That a few bad apples have to spoil a good time for everyone...
That a Roman toga party was held...
That boy is a P l G pig.
That decorum prohibits listing them here.
That I have notified your local draft boards...
That means...
That would be hard to say, sir. They're each outstanding in their own way.
That...
That's a 1.2 grade average. Congratulations, Kroger.
That's easy for you to say. What am I gonna tell Fred?
That's funny. Very funny.
That's government property. Come on. Let's go. Move it.
That's typical. Just when we're doing something important.
That's what I'm gonna do.
The court will now render a decision.
The Delta house has a long tradition...
The following charges are brought.
The n****es took our dates!
The time has come for someone to put his foot down...
The tough get goin'!
The whole point is just to enjoy yourself.
Then as of this moment, they're on double secret probation.
Then isn't this an indictment...
Then shouldn't we blame the whole fraternity system?
Then you'll have lots to talk about, huh? Yeah.
There happen to be 50 people downstairs waiting to get into this fraternity.
There is a little known codicil in the Faber College constitution...
There were blanks in that gun. I didn't even point the gun at him.
There you go. Ahem.
These are our name tag hostesses, Mandy Pepperidge and Babs Jansen.
These parades are very expensive.
They are? Yes, sir.
They confiscated everything, even the stuff we didn't steal.
They gotta take me. It's like their law.
They reminded me of criminals. They were horrible.
They took the bar! The whole fucking bar!
Third, that the Delta fraternity routinely provided...
This could be the greatest night of our lives...
This is absolutely gross!
This is my roommate, Kent Dorfman.
This may seem like an inopportune moment to ask, Dean Wormer,
This meeting of the disciplinary council will now come to order.
This year, it's gonna be different.
Those assholes must have stolen the wrong fucking exam!
To describe the struggle between good and evil, right?
To giving us just one more chance?
To present this ceremonial gold plated whistle...
To this year's honorary grand marshal...
Toga! Toga!
Toga! Toga! Toga! Toga!
Toga! Toga! Toga! Toga!
Toga! Toga! Toga! Toga!
Toga! Toga! Toga! Toga!
Too bad. I think he's just dreamy.
Trooper, whoa... [Clang]
Trying to steal your boyfriend? Her boyfriend.
Tsk. I know. God knows how they've molested women.
Turn the car around. I'll be right back.
Ugh.
Uh huh. Norma?
Uh, from now on, your name is Mothball.
Uh, it looks like you gained some weight since you came in.
Uh, it was Greggie and Dougie...
Uh, Katy, I don't think you should stay around here.
Uh, l... State your name.
Uh, Larry Kroger. All in favor.
Uh, maybe a little faster.
Uh, well, sir, we're hoping that our midterm grades...
Uh...
Uh... I'm gonna string 'em up by the balls!
Um, maybe we could drive up to your folks' place this weekend.
Unh. [Whinnying]
Usually, unless the pledge in question turns out to be real closet case.
Vegetables are sensual.
Vegetables can be really sensuous, don't you think?
Very surprised.
Wait a minute.
Wait till Otis sees us! He loves us!
Want me to go alone? Baby, I don't want you to go at all.
War's over, man. Wormer dropped the big one.
Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?
We all got expelled last night.
We are gonna die.
We did.
We do have more than our share of campus leaders...
We gotta take these bastards.
We have to get married.
We just want you to enjoy yourselves while you're here.
We looked everywhere, sir, but... Never mind. It doesn't matter.
We now consecrate the bond of obedience.
We should discuss this some other time. I know you're busy...
We'd like to do for you now a tune entitled Shama Lama Ding Dong. Hit it.
We'll have the best homecoming parade Faber's ever had.
We'll waive minutes and proceed directly...
We're all officially kicked out of school.
We're engaged to be engaged.
We're in trouble. I just checked with the guys at the******* house.
We're just the guys to do it.
We've gotta do something. He's serious. I think he knows about the exams.
Well, come on!
Well, do you know the Rainbow Motel on Old Mill Road?
Well, girls, welcome to the Delta toga party. Come in.
Well, I don't know. I think Frank was kind of cute.
Well, I just don't think I should be alone tonight.
Well, I never got a chance to say good night to you after the party.
Well, I'm here to pick up my date. Could you ring Fawn Liebowitz?
Well, I'm sure I can arrange a nice little honorarium from the student fund.
Well, I'm sure I don't know, Otter. You'll just have to ask her.
Well, if you must know... Eric was just leaving.
Well, just kiss my ass from now on!
Well, let me tell you the story of another loser.
Well, Mandy, l...
Well, some of the Omegas did a little dance on my face.
Well, sure. Everybody I talk to says Omega's the best...
Well, teaching's a way of paying the rent until I finish my novel.
Well, that was pleasant. Nice of him to stop by, don't you think?
Well, uh, looks like we're gonna be a couple of flowers short...
Well, we're having a little party at the Delta Tau Chi House tonight...
Well, well, well.
Well, you can do what you want to us...
Well?
Well?
What a coincidence. I have a husband named Dean Wormer at Faber.
What a great dress. Yeah.
What a lively sense of humor.
What are we gonna do?
What are you doin'? I'm fixing your sweater.
What are you majoring in? Primitive cultures.
What are you talking about?
What baffles me is why Fawn would have gone out with boys like that.
What did he say?
What do I have to do? You have to drive us to the Food King!
What do you intend to do, sir? Delta's already on probation.
What do you mean? I mean hanging around with a bunch of animals, getting drunk every weekend.
What is the worst fraternity on this campus?
What is with you two? I don't know. Something's wrong.
What should I say? I mean, how should I handle it?
What the fuck happened to the Delta I used to know?
What the fuck's going on? l I don't know.
What the hell are we supposed to do, you moron?
What? Over?
What? Why?
What'd Katy say? She wasn't home.
What's my Delta Tau Chi name?
What's that on your chest, mister?
When did you ever smoke pot?
When my father was in Korea, see, he wasn't a flyer.
Where are the other two?
Where could she be at 6:00 in the morning?
Where's Boon? Katy, listen to me.
Where's the spirit?
Whew. Hey, he's in there.
Which gives the dean unlimited power to preserve order...
Who delivered the medical school cadavers to the alumni dinner?
Who dumped a whole truckload of Fizzies into the swim meet?
Who was it?
Who's with me? Let's go! Come on!
Whoa, big fella. Whoa. Whoa.
Whoa! Bye.
Whoa! Excuse me! Pardon me. Pardon me.
Whoa. [Snorting]
Whoa. Great pair of togas.
Whoo! Hoo ha! Where'd he get the wheels?
Why are you so interested in my social life? Where's Katy?
Why didn't you tell me? Uhh.
Why don't we go sit down somewhere?
Why don't we just go inside and meet some of the guys, huh?
Why don't we sit down, Frank?
Why don't you help yourself to some delicious Delta punch?
Why Pinto? [Belching] Why not?
Why, no, not at all. Go right ahead.
Why? What'd you do?
Will speak on behalf of Delta House.
Will that work?
With charges against Delta Tau Chi.
Without looking at the positive qualities of the people in it.
Women. Can't live with 'em. Can't live without 'em.
Women. Can't live with 'em. Can't live without 'em.
Wormer just got our grades.
Wormer? He's a dead man!
Would you excuse me a minute?
Would you go out with me?
Would you rather be alone?
Would...
Wow. You're even prettier than Kent said you were.
