Viktor Strobovski TTS Computer AI Voice
I know MrDrNose is a scummy person,
but i don't want to discuss that right now.
Note with here, it says about hiring a voice artist, viktor was an older model Text-To-Speech program that was edited in audacity. so he was voiced by a computer to begin with. the TTS viktor used originally is no longer available on it's website.
Only real problem is he goes "hm" at the beginning of each request, but that is easy to just trim out
