Dr. V Needle (Tony Jay, Robots) TTS Computer AI Voice
Dr. Veyizmir Needle is a character that was going to appear in the film Robots but was removed from the final version. He appeared in trailer's final cut and in the deleted scenes. He was rumored to be voiced by Tony Jay but it was never confirmed.
Originally Dr. V Needle was called in by Madame Gasket after her son Phineas T. Ratchet knocked out Bigweld. Dr. Veyizmir brainwashes Bigweld and that was the original reason why his brain was malfunctioning in the final cut (though in the final variant it's hinted to be the result of Ratchet's smashing).
Dr. Needle is a very sick-looking and rusty robot himself with a little bottle with green liquid inside he wears like some sort of a colostomy bag. His rust was supposed to represent his unhealthy state comparable to that of cancer and syphilis. His personality is referred as "vile".
